So my friend has a seagull parlour which he loves the sound of , but it is narrow at the nut end . Has anyone removed a neck from a seagull ? Would they sell a new neck ? Any brand or generic neck would be fine . It is a surprising little guitar with a big bottom end for what its worth . Thanks...

As a convenient rule of thumb, it's never cost-effective to replace a neck on a modestly priced instrument.  Considering the probable cost of a new factory neck and the labor/difficulty of fitting it up, it's usually better to get a different guitar that suits the player's comfort.

As to a new or salvage neck from a different maker or style of guitar, well, the difficulty of fitting and setup becomes exponentially greater.

Thanks Frank , you are right as usual .
