I have one of those critters and I think the tag inside of it was made in Portland Oregon in the early 1900s. When I get to the shop I can look if you want.

I will try to get some pictures today. Mine has been through a basement flood 2 times so it is not in good shape. It is all vener wood . My brother saw one in a second hand shop on Portland Oregon for sale and he said he would take it and the owner changed his mind and would not sell it. I may not get back to you until next week but will as soon as I can.
