Hey Jeff, Sorry you've wound up in a "public pissing contest" - I would be temped to play as I got privately whacked last January when I'd never even had any communication with the man - maybe it's cuz his "drooping timbers" scare the shit out of him . And being an Ozzie this probably didn't occur to you - I started to note it but decided not to trash the open forum - but Thoman Paine, one of the American revolution's primary writers who stirred up lots sentiment against England - noted that "patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel" (although he stole the quote somewhere else - the scoundrel).
