Hi Steve and thanks for the very kind remarks about the "Black Tiger!"
It's one of my favorites too having a soft spot for L-OOs so much so that I had to build a few of them myself.
To my knowledge it also was one of the first guitars built stateside out of Tasmanian Tiger Myrtle which sounded like wet cardboard when tapped and once turned into a guitar it sounded fantastic.
Thanks for the offer of a press. I think however that it might be a bit too much effort - you would have to sort out international postage and a customs docket. From past experience, large companies seem to get much better deals for postage than private individuals!
I've ordered a screw from Rockler and combined cost and postage makes it just slightly more expensive than buying a similar item over here! I have to say that are pretty lucky in the States - tools tend to be about 2/3 of the cost of what's available here and you have an incredible variety to choose from.
