Sorry to be slow responding. I still keep forgetting to look at the comments! If you can bring your Taylor into the shop, we'd be glad to take a look at it. If you'd like to save the 2-1/2 hour drive, you might want to contact Taylor directly - they do excellent repairs at the factory and they might be able to refer you to someone near Sacramento.
