Parlor guitar

Hi, I am from Toronto, Canada, and I recently picked about a parlor guitar on a trip to Seattle. I was told it was built in St. Paul, Minnesota circa 1915. The builder is named Brussan as I am told (it appears correct but is hard to read).

So I am wondering if any wise guitar people can give me any information about it or confirm any of the information that I have? thanks
