They look to me like Gotoh tuners or one of the dozens of Gotoh knockoffs.
I doubt they are the original tuners :-)

Based on one matching peg head, I believe this to be a Cromwell, by Gibson. Open to correction, however.
It has a very unusual bridge. Please see image. Why the extra iron?
Ah Ha, I just answered my own question. This has an adjustable bridge. I am not knowlegeable about arch top guitars at all since I specialize in flattops, but this seems like a huge about of weight to add to the top. Was someone trading adjust-ability for tone quality? Also, wood string harp seems like WWII time frame.
