After looking the video, I went nuts for this tool: the Jointmaker Pro v2.

It's like a bench saw that needs no electricity, the cuts are incredibly precise with very little dust and can be used without ear protection.

Now I know what I'm going to get if I win the lottery!

 There is at least one terrific thread about this over on the Mandolincafe Alexander.  If I remember correctly, one of the only big drawbacks (maybe the only real one) is that the saw blades are so incredibly thin, that you can wear them out at an amazingly furious rate!

I think that's a pretty cool saw but the price scares me. I wonder if I could rig something like it with out all the bells and whistles?

I clamped a blade like that into an old table saw after I saw this the first time.Sadly it just made me want the real thing more.
