Cellosolve is a trademark of Union Carbide, and it may be difficult to find. Basically, it's a high-boiling-point solvent for lacquer. You might be able to locate "lacquer retarder thinner," which is a similar material, used for extending the drying time of lacquer so it will flow better in some environments. Spraying retarder thinner without diluting it should have basically the same effect as Cellosolve.
