Hi Terry, I have added a reply to your forum post but wanted to ask you directly, how you figured out the proper saddle placements for the tiple?
I get compensation but have yet to realize any hard and fast rules for zeroing in on accurate intonation before actually just sanding/filing until its right, primarily with these octave strings, I am building a tiple and a 12-string for Red Wing Luthiery Construction in the Spring and would love any ideas you may be willing to pass on.
