Don't worry about it, there is no misrepresentation at all... That good though you try to do your own research instead of letting someone "experiment" on your mandolins. You would know anyone that would give lessons for a Double Bass around this area do you? I would like to learn, I'm not much of a musician, I'm more interested in building but I do love old time music and I think the Bass would fit me. Anyway, it was nice to talk with you.
