Greetings,
I got ten Brazilian rosewood necks from Steve Klein (and Steve Kauffman) for a project that we wound up using Indian for. The necks are old-growth and air-dried, are cut for truss-rods and the portion that goes into the body; and there are ten pieces for the headpieces as well.
I'm not quite sure how to price these. I've asked around and since nobody ever uses Brazilian rosewood for guitar necks, nobody really has any sense of how to price them, including me. Maro (who does a lot with Brazilian) thought they should be in the $300 - $500 range each, and perhaps that is indeed fair. I'm open to offers. If you are interested in these, please let me know. Thanks,
Paul Schmidt
