Is there a Kay Guitar Serial Number database???

I have spent some time digging on the internet for a website that will give me serial number information on Kay guitars, but have not had any success. I've contacted Kay, but they don't respond. I have attached some pics and my guess is a late 50's model, but the owner was hoping for a little more.
