Well, thank you! Yes it's a guitar I built last year for a buddy of mine. It'shand stained with alcohol based aniline stains on bare wood. Hard to keep it from blotching a bit , but as far as I'm concerned, that's part of the look. thanls for asking. BTW, the mahogany back and sides are burst as well.- Steve
HI MATT I can supply you with the rose wood .080 is this the thickness you are looking for I have thick 4 inch stock and would need to ban-saw it and sand it down well you can have it done any way you want it ruff cut from the band saw, or sanded to .080 s2s which cost more with more involved in creating this piece .tag me back when you read this i am in CA you can can e mail any time
matt you make me the offer just take lmiis and or stew mac and make your self a better deal, draw me what shape you want or i can cut you strips of .080 rose and you can shape and final sand.Rember that i have to ship it and that is cost from my pocket also that we need to add so your great lakes region and i am in central CA at the moment I do have plenty of material but i will not proceed till i get some cash it only takes me 1 minute to cut and 15 minutes to drive to the post office so the day i get paid ill cut and send
