Kay with adjuster in neck heel.

Hi guys I tried this a week ago and didn't get a bight. It's a Kay Barney Kessel and in the heel cap it has a deep hole with a threaded rod running down inside , I assume that's the truss rod adjustment , but I cant see any nut in there? Any ideas ? Len
