Make smaller the pocket of my guitar neck

Hi,

I would like to know how to make the pocket of my guitar neck smaller. It's quite perfect but I think that the neck fits in it too easily. I'm looking for a good solution (nothing like adhesive tape or similars).

You can glue wood shims, then sand them for a perfect fit.
