    You nailed it! I checked the neck p/u and got a reading of 8.34k. I thought 14k seemed a bit high for a stock epiphone HB. Thanks for the advise. Cheers!

    Hi Phil, sorry to be late getting back to you, the notification ended up in my junk email folder.

    We don't actually have squirels here un Australia so I have no useful advice.

    Termites are the great worrk here both for stored wood and house framing we need to block all potential pathways from the ground.
