Are there standard measurements for drilling co-ordinator rod holes in a Mastertone style rim?

From what I've seen, manufacturers do use slightly different measurements. The farther apart the rods, the more effective they are in adjusting neck angle, so I typically try to mount the upper rod as close to the tone ring as is reasonable, and deal with the lower rod the same way. As to the hole diameter, I use the smallest hole possible that still allows the rod to be inserted from the inside of the shell.
If you have a neck with a heel already cut for your flange profile, THAT will dictate where you need to drill.
