Anyone ever heard of a "Maruha" brand guitar?

Happy New Year, everyone. I found a D-28 clone (sorta) in the trash with a broken headstock, but the break was clean and I reglued it...seems to be a decent copy of a Martin (spruce top and laminated rosewood back and sides) but I can't find much on the web about the brand...apparently one of the first Japanese Martin copies, from the 60s. Grateful for any additional info.
