I have a bone saddle I purchased from stewmac and it is not straight but curved (see photo). Is it possible to heat it up and straighten it? If so, will it remain staight or will it begin returning to it's original curve?

Return it.
I always run across some curved blanks in every batch I get. In the process of thinning one to fit the bridge slot, I usually manage to get it straight by taking material off the ends on one face, and the middle on the other. I have never tried heat-straightening one. Call Stew-Mac and ask about exchanging it if you have to.
I AGREE WITH GREG, I FIND THEM A LOT FROM OTHER SOURCES .ONCE A STUDENT FROM THE LOCAL COLLEGE BROUGHT ME A SKELETON OF A COW I FOUND ONLY THE SHIN BONES ARE GOOD AND SOLID MATERIAL
.EVEN MADE A FEW 1 FOR MY 8 STRING AND I HAVE A FEW LEFT YOU COULD TRY IT I DID .BUT I BELIEVE THAT IF YOU NEED .125 OUT OF IT YOU CAN STILL USE THIS ONE JUST BY SANDING OUT THE DEFECT BY HAND AND DILIGENCE WITH DIAL CALIPERS
.OR YOU CAN SEND IT BACK AND WAIT THE THING IS WHAT DID IT COST FOR A NEW ONE MABY 7 DAY WAIT OR ORDER A NEW ONE OR EVEN TRY TO MAKE THIS ONE WORK FOR YOU .DON'T LET A PIECE OF BONE TRICK YOU I BELIEVE YOU CAN BEAT THIS PIECE OF BONE INTO SHAPE
This is why I like to cut my own. Its messy and smelly but I get to pick the pieces I like.
I purchase my bone blanks from LMII and to date, have not run across this problem. That's not to say that I won't, but thus far they have been very consistent. My typical problem with bone is the occasional density inconsistency that I have found no matter where you buy them or how good you're told they are. That to me, is the nature of bone and is the price for a great sounding nut or saddle.
As for the warped blank, just reorder. You may need it for shimming or bone dust in the future. The cost is just not worth the trouble of returning it : >)
I BUY FROM KRISTLIN TRADING SHE SENDS THEM AND LETS YOU PAY LATER VERY NICE LADY I BUY 1000 AT A TIME SHE MAKES THE PRICE LIKE $1.87 OR EVEN LESS SOME TIMES WHEN BUYING WHOLE SALE THAT AND STAY AWAY FROM BLEACHED BONE
