DeWalt Alarm Clock

So at 4:45 this morning I was awoken by a whirring sound, which was far too trebly for a truck idling in the alley. I followed my ears two stories down and discovered my random orbital sander just humming away on the floor where I left it yesterday. DeWalt switches are famous for shorting out, but I have never seen one switch on by itself.

Any others have tools with minds of their own?
