KTM-9 vs Minwax Water Base Polycrylic

I picked up some Minwax Water Base Polycrylic at my local Lowes hardware store and it looks like, smells like, and performs like KTM-9 for $20 per qt. rather than $38 ($31 currently on sale). Does anyone know if these two products are the same?
