Need Help Identifying Mandolin

Hello out there,

I have this mandolin in on consignment for a customer, but I am unsure of what it is. It looks alot like some Regals I have worked on the past, but the headstock is different then what I have seen. There are no labels of any kind, or any markings at all. If anyone knows what this is and what it might be worth, please help me out.
