what's a 10 string uke called?

Hi guys , what do you call a 10 string uke with nylon strings ? Maybe a Vihuella ? Scale is about 16 3/4".

Sorry guys I just realised it has steel tuners , so I guess its a Tiple , It has been strung as a uke, I am trying to load pics but windows keeps messing it up ! hmmm!
