Some time ago I saw a picture of a 42 strings harp-guitar. I thought it was here on frets.net. I cannot find it now and I realy don't remember who posted it...
Since then I've been wondering how one plays such an instrument. Now, by pure coincidence, I found that you-tube has this instrument "in action".

This guitar was built for Pat Metheny by Linda Manzer (electronics designed and installed by Mark Herbert). Google "Pikasso guitar". Scott Chinery commisioned Linda to build the same guitar, without pick-ups, for his collection.
