Banjo 5th String Capo

I just picked up a Fender FB 58 that needs some work, and I thought while I'm fixing it, I'll add a 5th string capo. Frank had mentioned an idea from Bob Skluzacek. See link below

I was wondering if a modified flat top guitar bridge pin would work. :)

Before settling on the pen cap, I would look at the HO railroad spikes. An easy installation that works well.
