Hi to everybody:
I'm spraying a JB sunburst (three colors). Everything is almost perfect. "Almost" because I have two little drops of black on the backside of my JB. How can I fix them? Do I have to wait that the color dries and than sand the drops or is it better to spray 4 or 5 top coats and then sand the drops?
Thanks for your help

I think it is extremely difficult or impossible to sand a speck like you describe without screwing up the color surrounding it. Try scraping at it with the tip of an exacto knife. Work as tightly as you can; they'll be easiest to remove before the black is completely hard.
I know you don't want to hear this but the best way to fix your problem is to strip it and start over. And the next time
try not to get your sprayer over the Guitar when spraying.Bill.............
As I recall it was Frank who said he uses broken microscope glass plates to make small sharp scrapers with an outside curve to handle these types of issues. I'll sometimes use razor blades that I shape that way and sharpen. Just work really slowly and use really good lighting.
