Poly finish

Hello,

I have to touch up the back off a neck that has a poly finish on it and was wondering if a product from Behlen called vinyl sealer would work between the poly finish and a lacquer topcoat. Thanks for any input.

I would not use a sealer between the two coats.I always refinish the whole neck it isn't that big a job and you will have a much better neck finish. Just the way I do it anyway .  Besids you are trying to mix three finishes.  Good luck Bill.................
