Anyone have any advice on where to track down an inexpensive ($50-$75) chipboard or hard case for a parlor guitar. I've just finished setting up this great old washburn for a friend but she's just carrying it around without a case. I've done some google searching, called around to the local guitar stores, checked ebay, and also tried craigslist with no luck. There is an abundance of decent new hard shell cases in the classical/dobro size in the $50 range but I figured they would be too big to properly protect this little washburn which is more like a martin 0 size. Anybody have any suggestions?

Try Elderly (link below), but be sure to measure the guitar lower bout first..these are good cases. Tom
parlor case

I bought an inexpensive softee w/a Martin Logo from Elderly which looks perfect for a parlor gtr.My mandolas are not standard case shapes so a good fit is hard to find.

You likely need an 0-18 case for that guitar.Around here they are a little pricey $150.00 new It is the case I use  for the Martin 0-45 size 13/12'' lower bout and 9/58'' top bout.Bill..............

Thanks for the replies. I'll let my friend know her options.
