Need source for obscure binding

I am looking for a source for pearl-colored plastic (pearloid) binding. Actually, I would LOVE to have a section about 4 inches long of smokey pearl binding from a mid 20's Gibson Style-5 Mastertone banjo so I can do a repair for a customer with original material if at all possible. I could color new binding if I could find a length, but always prefer to do repairs with original material, of course. If anyone has anything, preferably original, please email me at: [e-mail]
