maple fretboard nick

I have a guitar neck that is a mighty mite with a maple fingerboard. The red arrow is pointing to a nick in the fingerboard. What is the best way to fix it?

You can drop fill it, level and buff. My take on it though is to not worry about such things. Over time you,re going to get more nicks. If you don't, you're not playing enough!
