Looking for advice on dealing with stubborn white cloudy finish. I have spots resulting from steaming a neck joint (a neck with a broken heel, a real bugger).

I've sanded a bit starting with 4000 grit, no discernable difference.

heat did the trick!

I've had good luck using these Behlens/Mohawk blush eraser sprays.  It seems to be the same product under different names (maybe like Carl's Jr. and Hardees?) but it can be a lifesaver for neck reset steam blushing,
