FRETS.NET

Looks pretty spiffy,  https://www.lmii.com/products/shopbrowse?category_id=1448

Although I must give props where props are due:  I did a stainless refret last week on an Ibanez that needed the fret tang cut-back a healthy amount.

Since it was stainless wire, I reached-for the fret-tang removal tool that FF designed.  It's mostly steel, has teflon rollers, and mounts easily in a vice... and works like a million bucks.

After I used it, I whispered a silent "thankew' to Frank. it's just that good:)  Anyone have any experience with the new LMI tool?

Yes, the new LMI fret tang tool is great, especially if you're doing lots of stainless refrets:

Hi Nathan...

I probably should have mentioned it originally, but it was your Finger Lakes newsletter (which I love, BTW) that first alerted me to the presence of the new LMII tool.  Cheers....
