Frets with wide tang

A friend's guitar needs new frets in his very old jazz guitar. The old frets have a tang that measures 0,0275". The frets are without barbs. Does anybody produce frets with wide tangs?

Using  one of these  on standard fretwire, and gluing the frets in  might be your best bet.
