Tuner Bushings

Hello
I'm building a P-Bass style guitar and was wondering if anybody new were I could purchase a Forstner bit that was 21/32nd's or 17 - 17.5 mm. to drill out the hole for the tuner bushing.
Our local hardware stores don't carry crap where I live. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so very much,

Tool Zone (toolzone.com), 1-866-930-8665 have separate 17mm Forstner bits at around $20 ...this is a reasonable price by the look of whats available.
