FRETS.COM down for a short while
I just changed service providers and there's going to be a delay (short I hope) in getting the URL reassigned to the new IP address.

Thanks for asking, Howard.
Recovery is going well, I'm out and about, doing half-days at Gryphon until I build stamina for more. Doc says to walk as much as possible, so yesterday I did two miles downtown and around. A bit sore today, so I cut back to 1.25 miles. Tomorrow, if all goes well, I'll walk the three miles home from work.
Still can't drive - it seems they don't want be to be hit by an airbag, which could break my healing sternum. Come to think of it, I don't suppose I'd like that very much myself.
I'm back at the bench now, so it won't be long before I'm better than before the surgery.
