Hi , everyone , when spraying nitro laquer I wear a rubber mask with 2 filters and I cant smell the laquer. Does this mean I am safe from the vapours ? Thanks Len

Hi Len,

No, the filter designation should be appropriate to the use.  Lots of bad things don't smell.   We use Sundstroms with gas/vapour filters which have comprehensive safety sheet as to what you can use them for and what you are not protected from.   In the case of Nirtro it's mainly the thinners that are dangerous.  Rusty.

COVER THAT SKIN! You can absorb the solvents through your skin. At least cover the "guitar hold'in hand."
