Thankyou for your kind offer, but I pre-ordered it last night at amazon.com before I read your reply this morning. $19.95+shipping (expedited shipping $12.48) . Should be ok with customs, AFAIK books under  €45 are customs free, unless they've changed it in the meantime. It'll be there some time in March, looking forward to it!

That's the fast easy way to do it anyway.  These are not books that I reach for all the time but I've found that "checking with Teeter" often helps me clarify my thinking even if I don't actually do it his way.
