How to glue a crack in a new neck before laquering it.

Hi guys I have a new martin style neck in a kit , I found a crack half way up the bass side cheek while sanding. What glue is best here before grain filler or laquer ? Its a fine crack that only shows under torque and the timber is light colour possibly cherry. Thanks Len

superglue for unstresssed/lightly stressed areas - open up the crack give it a wash with high quality thin superglue (like Hot Stuff) and clamp everything shut. It will leave a fine line. Tape up the surrounding area with packing tape (brown plastic tape) before going at it. Rusty.
thanks Rusty, I have that so I can let it wick in from the inside of the heel cheek.Len
