Made in Italy.  They "pioneered" the aluminum neck. Lots of info on the web. They're also HIGHLY collectible and go for GOOD $$$$.

Thanks Paul for the detailed info. I know I have seen some of those shapes at guitar shows or in print. Looks like Salvador Dali had a hand in the designs.
