Hello all,
So I have been working on a repair blog through my stores website and I would like to know what some of you think. I only work on it a little at a time. Mainly when I have real interesting jobs, or time. I would like to hear any sort of opinions you would like to offer, good or bad.

Hi Don,
Thanks for checking out my blog. As far as stainless frets goes... They were a little rougher on my tools and hands, but really they worked pretty easy. I think the key is to prep the board really well and make sure frets have just a slightly over radius, but not as much as nickel frets. The repair on my blog went pretty straight forward, but thats not always the case. I have had a few guitars that had stainless frets, that I did NOT refret, but had problems with the ends wanting to pop up. So I believe that stainless is a little more "Springy" than nickel, but worked very similar.
Good work & very nice blog, Justin. :)
I'm a photo essay junkie. Doing the repairs AND getting the text & photos posted to the blog is time consuming work. I appreciate your extra effort to document & share your experiences.
Kudos, man!!!! :)
I like it! I am always interested in documented repairs and seeing others work spaces.....always!
Nice blog, Justin. BTW, here is the answer to cutting stainless frets:

This is the best $23 you'll spend on tools this year.
Thanks everybody for the words of encouragement! I really enjoy documenting jobs. It does take up quite a bit of time, but well worth it. Once again, Thank you all!!
Nice blog, Justin! I've been trying to do the same for my website, but have not found the time! As others have said, the pics and descriptions are great!
