I just finished my first small (single 0) guitar. I was blown away by the tone and volume of this little guitar. I will be building more of these. Its Adirondack/Brazilian.

Sorry about the size of these. I must have had my camera on high megapixels. Shows all the dust I didn't blow of before taking the pics.
Nice,,,,,,,are you a lefty or does the strap button work better there for you?
Thanks Tim,I just like it better there.
Very nice David, I really like 12 fret parlors, they can have incredible tone and the Brazilian is just beautiful.

I like my strap button in the same spot, it's a very secure location for right hand playing.

Well done!
Thanks Paul. I'm really happy. Its been very well recieved.
Nice work David- the Brazilian Rosewood does have a gr8 ring to it and I like building with it too..
Peace,
Donald
Thanks Donald. I really like Brazilian. I have a few more sets. Now I can't decide what size guitar I want to build from it.
David is that the the O--45 size that Martin had with a 9 5\8ths top bout and 131\2" bottom bout? if so were do you get a Case for them ? I have built two of them and realy like them but I can't find the cases. to fit. Bill.""""""""'
This one turned out 9 5/8 upper and 13 5/8 lower. I went to Cedar Creek in Oilville, Va and they didn't carry one either. Right before I left, Dennis remembered a case that didn't get picked up and had been in the warehouse forever. It was made to fit some small Gibson and turned out to fit this guitar like a glove. I'll call Dennis and see if I can find out what model gibson it was. Might could source them that way. I have a feeling I'm gonna need a couple more myself.
Great looking instrument Dave. How did you do the finish? It looks great!

Thanks Steve. Its sprayed nitro. I sand them out to 2500 grit, then buff them out with a small (4-4 1/2") buffing wheel on a flex shaft using two 3M compounds. Don't have the space for a floor mount buffer yet.
Hi Davd,
Beautiful guitar. Very clean look. I keep thinking I would like to build something around this size. I don't own a small "Fingerstyle" guitar but I do a lot of finger style playing. Did you work from Plans?
