Automotive Refinishing Masking Tape

Do you guys know about this stuff?  I discovered it years ago when I got tired of trimming masking tape to fit in between close frets when fret dressing, or any other reason to mask to fingerboard. It's real thin, 1/4 or smaller.  It comes in two grades.  The green stuff is cheap -  $3.00 a roll or so.  The fine line stuff is real spendy.  No need to get  that.

The green stuff? I get it on eBay. I have several old desk tape dispensers loaded with 1/4", 1/2", and 3/4". It does save a lot of time masking fret boards.

Yes I use it to mask the bindings if I am coloring the rest of the guitar. You can buy it at any Auto supply store.Bill.........
